2. Visiting this website

When you access this static website, technically necessary connection data may be processed, in particular IP address, time of access, requested resource and technical browser data. The processing serves the secure and reliable provision of the website.

This website uses no analytics of its own, no personalised tracking and no cookies.

3. Hosting and security service

The website is delivered via hosting and security infrastructure operated by us. Technical access data may be processed for the prevention of abuse, load balancing and secure provision. Where Cloudflare is used, the provider is Cloudflare, Inc. or Cloudflare Ireland Limited. Further information can be found in the Cloudflare privacy policy.

4. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process the details you provide in order to handle your request and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your request relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as your request has been fully processed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Notification list

Using the “Notify me” form you can submit your email address to be informed as soon as the shop opens. We process only your email address and the time of signup; the legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. The address is stored in our newsletter system (Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, “Brevo”). It is not passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.

You can withdraw the notification at any time — a short email to [email protected] is sufficient. Your address will then be deleted completely.

6. Storage period

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations. Afterwards the data is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Within the framework of the legal requirements you have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing. Consent given can be revoked at any time with effect for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

8. Updates

We may adapt this privacy policy if our website, communication channels or legal requirements change. The version published on this page applies.
